DesignWerks has been the casual brand name assigned to various inventions since the late 1980s.   The German spelling of Werks (rather than Works) implies a form follows function reasoning.   Inventions during the past twenty years range from fanciful to practical.

DesignWerks, Inc. was formed to bring these ideas to life and began with the launch of CatVantage.

A team comprised of individuals with backgrounds in mechanical design, industrial design, woodworking, plastics manufacturing and patent law worked together to make CatVantage a reality.
