CatVantage ships from suburban Philadelphia. Shipping in the contental U.S. runs from $12 to $35 for the base unit depending on the destination in the continental US.
Shipment to Canada varies greatly and will be quoted as needed.
Shipping to most European countires costs about US$98 using the United States Postal Service.
- DesignWerks, Inc., will replace defective components at no charge. However, the customer will be responsible for shipment costs.
- Un-opened units can be returned and are subject to a 10% restocking charge. A DesignWerks, Inc. RMA is required for all returns. The restocking period is within 14 days of the initial delivery.
